    • Strong independent thinking and the ability to operate with minimal oversight

    • A strategic mindset paired with hands-on platform expertise

    • Clear, confident communication in client conversations and presentations

    • Curiosity, adaptability, and an interest in helping shape how media strategy evolves at Blaze

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Own execution and support paid media strategy across paid search and paid social

    • Support media planning efforts, including channel mix recommendations, budget allocation, pacing, and forecasting

    • Translate client objectives into actionable campaign tactics, testing plans, and performance KPIs with guidance from senior team members

    • Execute campaigns, monitor performance, and identify optimization opportunities across platforms

    • Analyze performance data and contribute insights to improve media and creative strategy

    • Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and performance summaries that clearly communicate results

    • Collaborate with creative, account, and web teams to align media strategy with campaign execution

    • Manage day-to-day campaign operations including QA, trafficking coordination, pacing checks, and budget tracking

    • Contribute to testing initiatives and document learnings to inform future campaigns

    • Follow established internal processes, documentation standards, and best practices

    • Represent Blaze professionally in client interactions and internal collaboration

    REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

    • 2–4+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, preferably in an agency environment (or equivalent experience)

    • Solid understanding of major media platforms, buying models, and measurement approaches

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities

    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment

    • Comfort working with budgets, pacing, and spreadsheets

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

    • Intellectual curiosity and interest in staying current on media trends, platforms, and industry changes

    • Results Driven — This individual will be critical to our client’s success. We expect that they can always bring it back to the results. Our client's success is our success.

    • Comfortable with Ambiguity—As a growing company, the path forward can sometimes look more like bushwhacking. We need someone who is comfortable creating structure where there is none and defining best practices for a growing, entrepreneurial company.

    • In-person 4-days per week

Finally, it’s important that this candidate brings a sense of fun and optimism. We work hard, think critically, and still believe advertising—and media especially—should be interesting and enjoyable.
