  • Associate Digital Marketing Analyst

    Blaze is seeking Associate Digital Marketing Analyst, to be based in the Falmouth, ME office.

    Requirements of the Associate Digital Marketing Analyst:

    • Individual must be able to work in person in the Falmouth, ME office 4 days a week.

    • Strong interest in digital strategy, digital marketing and social media platforms and how they can be effectively utilized to help clients achieve their goals.

    • Working knowledge of basic Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel functions, with a willingness to learn more.

    • Interest in strategic and creative problem-solving.

    • Strong attention to detail, with care taken to review data for accuracy and consistency.

    • An aptitude towards analytical thinking: this role requires proficiency in reading data and the ability to identify key findings.

    • Strong communications background, excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Previous experience working and/or interning in a professional and/or agency environment is preferred.

    • Starting annual salary range of $55k and up, dependent upon experience

    Responsibilities of the Associate Digital Marketing Analyst:

    • Plan, build and execute digital marketing campaigns across a variety of ad platforms.

    • Develop an understanding of digital technologies and solutions. Over time, you will need to be able to understand and speak confidently about technologies, platforms and client opportunities.

    • Create internal and client-facing presentations, proposals and read-outs. Build strong cases and compelling arguments using data, research, creativity and industry trends.

    • Assist with budget management by maintaining documentation, balancing spreadsheets, invoicing and billing support.

    • Collaborate, support and work with colleagues on a variety of clients, projects and tasks.

    • Uphold quality standards for the agency. Ensure that agency processes and documentation needs are followed. Maintain a complete paper/email chain and files for all projects.

  • Senior Media Strategist

    Blaze is seeking a Senior Media Strategist, to be based in their Falmouth, Maine location.

    Requirements of the Senior Media Strategist:

    • Individual must be able to work in person in the Falmouth, ME office 4 days a week.

    • 4-6+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution, preferably in an agency environment, or equivalent experience demonstrated through increasing responsibility and impact.

    • Advanced understanding of major media platforms, buying models, and measurement approaches.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify meaningful insights—not just report metrics.

    • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and budgets simultaneously.

    • High comfort level working with numbers, budgets, and spreadsheets.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Intellectual curiosity and a commitment to staying current on media trends, platforms, and industry changes.

    Responsibilities of the Senior Media Strategist:

    • Own paid media strategy and execution across channels including paid search, paid social, programmatic display and video, OTT/CTV, and emerging platforms

    • Lead media planning efforts for your clients, including channel mix development, budget allocation, pacing, forecasting, and scenario planning

    • Translate client business objectives into clear, actionable media strategies, testing roadmaps, and performance KPIs

    • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients – explaining results, tradeoffs, and recommendations in clear, plain language

    • Analyze performance data to surface insights, drive optimization, and inform future media and creative strategy

    • Develop and deliver client-facing presentations, proposals, and performance read-outs that tell a clear, compelling story behind the numbers

    • Collaborate closely with creative, account, and web teams to ensure media strategy and creative execution are aligned

    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and quality oversight for junior media team members as needed

    • Help define, document, and refine internal media processes, frameworks, and best practices
