Erin is equal parts thinker and doer. Possessing nearly two decades of experience in sales management and marketing strategy, she is a brand builder with a focus on results. Erin lives for the big ideas that propel her clients to the forefront of their industry, and differentiates herself by translating the ideas into actionable plans and seamless execution.

When she’s not kicking around innovative ideas with the Blaze team and/or delivering a superior experience for our clients, Erin can be found teaching MBA and undergraduate students at Bentley University, one of the nation’s top business schools. She teaches experiential courses, where she brings global corporations into the classroom and guides students to analyze the corporation’s challenges/opportunities and to deliver strategic recommendations. Her courses live at the intersection of data analysis, creativity and innovation.

Erin knows how to deliver what our clients need because she has walked (or run, literally) in their shoes. She has extensive experience in the athletic footwear industry, having managed national account sales for brands such as adidas and Fila, having served as the Director of Sales, Eastern U.S. at Saucony, and currently consulting to running specialty retailers across the country.

Erin was raised in Greater Boston, has lived all over the U.S. and is happy to have recently planted new roots here in Maine with her husband and young son. She’s thrilled to hang on the beach and embrace all that Maine outdoor living has to offer…although it might be a while before you catch her ice fishing.
